The recruitment process
Step 1: Everything starts with you contacting us.
Whether or not you know exactly what you're looking for or if you just want to describe your needs, we'll be happy to help you by calling in your needs. Regardless, of course we're glad you heard from us. And we get started right away!
Step 2: We visit. We visit your company, ask questions about the company, the tasks, crucial competencies and skills for the role. We also ask about colleagues, values, culture and development opportunities. Everything to produce a needs and requirements profile for the current role
Step 3: Search and advertising.
Now the machinery starts. Everyone at Staff Matcher now knows what we are looking for. Everyone gets a chance to make suggestions. We search in internal and external networks. Candidates are mapped and contacted based on the established needs and requirements profile. For this, we also use advertising in various media and campaigns in social media if desired
Step 4: Interviews and skills tests.
Candidates who meet the requirement profile are interviewed and may also complete one or more skill tests relevant to the position. Structured competency-based in-depth interview is conducted.
Step 5: Insight and transparency.
We keep you continuously updated in the process and have ongoing reconciliations.
Step6: Time for candidate presentation.
Now we have made our selection, and it is time to present the best candidates for the position. We know that all the candidates presented are right, in their own way, and that they correspond to the current requirement profile.
Step7: Your turn to interview.
Now it's finally your turn to meet the selected candidates. The interview is a golden opportunity to get a picture of the candidate's skills, characteristics and commitment, but also a fantastic opportunity to talk about the position, the company and your future prospects. Everything so that you get a fair picture of each other
Step 8: Evaluation and quality assurance.
After the interviews, we have a debriefing. For the candidates you choose to proceed with, we conduct personality tests, possibly additional tests, references and background checks.
Step 9: Contract writing.
The candidate is selected, everyone is happy and positive. We are there as a support and sounding board throughout the process, including in the final stage, but you are the one who has the great privilege of giving the candidate an employment contract.
